Really good Customer Service was evident throughout my stay.
The noise from the side street was unbearable at night, disrupting our sleep. We also faced issues with the cleanliness of our room. It clearly wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as there were still crumbs on the floor two days later. The high prices of the mini fridge stocked with drinks left no room for our own necessities.

Very nice view to the marina and the bay. The equipment is simple but practical.
Internet connection was miserable. After 15 minutes you have to reconnect. Especially in the quiet winter time as a place to relax and combine that with a little work, totally unsuitable

Nice view of the harbour - perfect in winter. Great, friendly atmosphere, nice and helpful staff.
Storage for shampoo etc. in the shower would be nice, free parking nearby is hard to find even in winter.
